Parking is available in four lots surrounding the building, coded by color (Red, Black, White, and Gray). Handicapped parking is available in all four lots.
On Monday, August 18th, doors will open and registration will begin at 4:00 p.m for the 5pm Special Session with President William Jefferson Clinton. On Tuesday, doors will open at 7:45 a.m.
Enter the Cox Pavilion through the main entrance, where there will be registration and sign-in tables. Registration will be sorted alphabetically by last name. Please see the appropriate registration attendant to receive your credentials. You must have these credentials with you at all times in order to enter the summit on both days.
Complimentary shuttle service will be available. Please R.S.V.P. directly to Cynthia Wallace at wallacec@rtcsnv.com if would like to use the special service. For attendees requiring special assistance, please note the information in the R.S.V.P.
Monday August 18th Shuttle Service: Summit attendees will be picked up from the Deuce bus stop in front of Caesars Palace (southbound across the street from Margaritaville) starting at 3:30 p.m. every (15) minutes until 4:30 p.m. and from the Route 202 Flamingo bus stop along side Bally's (on the southeast corner across the street from Bill's Gamblin' Hall and Saloon) from 3:40 p.m. every (15) minutes until 4:30 p.m. and dropped off at the Cox Pavilion. Return service is available from the Cox Pavilion from 5:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m., with drop off at the Paris Deuce bus stop and the Flamingo Deuce bus stop (across the street from Caesars Palace).
Tuesday August 19th Shuttle Service: Summit attendees will be picked up from the Deuce bus stop in front of Caesars Palace (southbound across the street from Margaritaville) starting at 7:30 a.m. every (15) minutes until 9:00 a.m. and from the Route 202 Flamingo bus stop along side Bally's (on the southeast corner across the street from Bill's Gamblin' Hall and Saloon) from 7:40 a.m. every (15) minutes until 9:00 a.m. with drop off at the Cox Pavilion. Return service is available from the Cox Pavilion will be available beginning at 5:30 p.m. until 7:15 p.m. with drop off at the Paris Deuce bus stop and the Flamingo Deuce bus stop (across the street from Caesars Palace).
